Who this covers

This policy covers this website and our B2B data subscriptions. Our customers are businesses (contractors and other home-service companies).

Information we collect from customers

• Business contact details you give us: name, company, email, phone, website, and the trades and ZIP codes you want.
• Billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store full card numbers; Stripe's privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
• Messages you send us, such as sample requests and support emails.

This website

The site uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking scripts, and no advertising pixels. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.

Public-records data in our feeds

Our feeds are built from public building-permit records published by cities and counties. They can include property addresses, permit numbers, work descriptions, declared job values and, where the jurisdiction publishes it, the contractor of record.

We don't add homeowner names, and we don't skip-trace phone numbers or emails for homeowners.

If you own a property and want its address left out of our feeds, email hello@curbsidesignal.com with the address and we will exclude it from future deliveries.

How we use information

To deliver and support your subscription, bill you through Stripe, send service and account emails, answer requests, and keep the service secure. We don't sell customer personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the service for us, for example Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider and our website host, only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep customer account and billing records while you're a customer and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop non-essential email, by writing to hello@curbsidesignal.com. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
