Job Complete is an opt-in second CSV that comes with your weekly file. It lists every residential permit in your ZIPs that the city or county marked finaled or complete in the latest week, across all trades; it is not split by trade.
It is included at the same price on the existing packages. There is nothing extra to buy: choose a package, then ask for the Job Complete file for the same ZIPs.
The work is done, so the homeowner has just paid for a finished project. That is the moment to offer the next job: a follow-on trade, maintenance, or the same work for the neighbors.
Same Packages, Same Prices
This signal is included in the existing packages; there is no separate price. Every package includes your first file within 24 hours of purchase. If we cannot deliver your first file within 24 hours of purchase, you get 50% off next month.
If a month comes in under half the 8-week average permit count for your ZIPs and trades, you get 50% off next month. For Job Complete files, the count is completed residential permits in your ZIPs, across all trades. If a weekly file is ever late or missing, you get 50% off next month.
